The Ring in the Rubble: A Rewarding New Way to Look at Change

How to Stay Sane While You Are Going Like Crazy
In this interactive keynote on leadership, life balance, and time management, Dr. Bradt moves beyond the usual bromides offered up for leaders looking to achieve better results through time management and life balance techniques. Dr. Bradt offers rare insight on how these goals can be achieved by not trying to manage time at all. Instead, he encourages leaders to adhere to Dr. Bradt's unique and guiding principle: "Don't manage time - invest it in people." Through entertaining and illuminating stories drawn from his years as a leadership consultant working with top senior executives, Dr. Bradt shares leadership principles and practices that lead to results. Leaders learn to identify and invest in their best people before change takes place; to not waste precious energy trying to convince resisters while ignoring the willing who are waiting to be led; and victim or victor - it's your choice - the first requirement for leading others is leading yourself.
