Finding Opportunity in Change
The technology of information processing: Is the throttle on the engine of technological advance and prosperity? Where is it going?
The Web revolution is about reinventing a world that has barely scratched the surface of what is possible and what is about to become possible. Where are the opportunities? The Internet connects everybody and makes the planet the relevant market. Now what? Businesses that offer great products; customer solutions; and the value adds of relentless attention to detail, prompt and friendly service, and a well-trained staff with the power to go the extra mile, will succeed. But, will all that insure customer loyalty? How do you achieve lock-in when the Internet has given restless consumers unprecedented information on rival prices and special deals?
